Hello! love the blog im so obsessed with once upon a time its ridiculous. so anyways! wondering what ur opinion on the newest episode is, i love rumbles storey line and this one was amazing to me his acting is incredible. thoughts? ps random thought for a post, gifs of the scenes where u see how he feels like the flame gone forever thing, the no one could love me, why did u come back? after she says her thing about love, im a difficult to love, all those intense where u can see his love,
“Skin Deep” is already one of my all-time favorite episodes of Once Upon a Time simply because I’m a huge Beauty and the Beast fan, and watching Robert Carlyle and Emilie de Ravin play the characters very well on the show amazed me. I was especially looking forward to watching this certain episode to see how they’ll handle it, and I’m glad that it didn’t disappoint. At first, I was hesitant, because I wasn’t sure if they’ll properly pull it off, but it honestly exceeded my expectations. Robert’s acting was just brilliant and Emilie as Belle couldn’t be more perfect, IMO. Both of their performances were fantastic.
Truthfully, everything in this episode is incredible. I love Rumple even more because of his well-written storyline by my favorite OUAT writer, Jane Espenson. ALL THE AWARDS!!! And yes, Rumple does love Belle so much; his love for her clearly showed everywhere in the episode. And Belle didn’t expect she will love him in return, because really… who could ever learn to love a beast?
For that reason alone, Rumbelle is OTP-worthy. <3
